  1. Finding happiness in the mundane. Truth. I am always trying to ground myself in the moment and enjoy the small things like how good warm water feels when I am cold or how tasty my homemade concoction are. I haven’t had many “extravagant” experiences, perhaps that helps me to appreciate them when they do occur.
